It was then that they said possession was being sought under Sections 10 & 11 And not section 8 as I had convinced myself. "For the benefit of others in this situation reading this, the legal distinction is that:* it was a S8 Notice, but* it was S8 Grounds 10/11, not S8 Ground 8.
