Sent forgotten password request and emails to them a week ago . . . So far no response from them.. What's occurring ??

I use them and the email password reminder worked within seconds when I'd forgotten it but what does irritate me are the regular emails "your credit card balance has increased" then another, when it's been paid, "your credit card balance has reduced".

I use my cards regularly and pay in full every month. I don't need reminding of that.
