Sent forgotten password request and emails to them a week ago . . . So far no response from them..
What's occurring ??

Your guess is as good as mine.
Are you sure you are checking the correct e-mail account for the password reminder?
There is also a facility to recover the e-mail address used if you have forgotten that as well. Click on 'I don't remember my e-mail address'.

Correct email.
Not in Junk.
Only 'phone number available goes through to Consumer Services and they no longer handle Credit Karma queries but they did say that CK are one of the worst out there in terms of response time . . .

Where are you getting a phone number from? I'm struggling to find one on their site.

As for the phone number, I cant see 1 either.

Couldn't find a phone number either.

I'd never heard of Credit Karma until I started to receive unsolicited emails from them. I now send them to spam.

If you have used Noddle in the past then that's why - they used to be Noddle but turned into Credit Karma. To OP have you checked email for Noddle since it will be the same login details.
