    I don't think D E would be daft enough to accept dividends, etc. I have no idea how F 'pays' himself. Would dividends be shown on accounts

    Under 'officers' just 3 directors F A C. No Coy Sec Last mentiono f Coy Sec was 2009. Not now on current list of officers

    The latest HMRC/CH ct600/full accounts template for small companies need not include any details of dividends.

    Indeed, I should have credited you with the idea polymaff. I now remember reading it yesterday and it obviously lodged in my subconscious while I forgot it had already been suggested.

    perhaps, like the shareholding itself, D and E will be unaware of the dividend payments.
