I don't think D E would be daft enough to accept dividends, etc. I have no idea how F 'pays' himself. Would dividends be shown on accounts0

Family members receiving dividend income has, surely, always been a tactic for reducing overall taxation of dividends?
30 posts later:Edit: what I suspect is really happening here is that the father owns the whole company and is using his family members as mules for the purposes of tax evasion. Perhaps this years dividend is higher than usual, so he needs the shares to be divided up between more of them to stay below the tax free allowance

Which leaves only the minor problem of:
