Please complain about Gladstones to
Report@sra.org.uk
I am in regular contact and things are happening!1 -
It's already explained here, you are showing it as a comparison of a good sign and a bad sign:Exhibits A and B relate to the matter of the inadequate signage - a photograph of a standard 45cm square OPS (add here what you want to say about the A and B signs) compared to Exhibit C, the notably very different ‘prominent and large lettering with the parking charge in the largest font’ sign accepted by the Supreme Court in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis [2015].

OK, revised WS attached, I've found the Jack Chapman text and added this in, there were 2 references to exhibits which I cannot locate, I have one exhibit with multiple JC signatures, not sure if I need anything else here.
Please take a look at my paras 2(first bullet point) this covers the signage, paras 9 - 12 are repetitive can they be removed?
Paras 13 - 22 cover JC and SRA complaint I've taken these from another thread so just confirmation that all OK and whether there was a relevant exhibit I've missed that is critical?0 -
im searching and searching for the complaint text to send to SRA, all I can find is people being told to complain to the SRA abou this and to search the forum for how to position the complaint, but no actual guidance. pls help, losing my mind in a constant search cycle0

Here you go, I remembered a few more search terms that would find it:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76510583#Comment_76510583Your WS has 'Witness Statement' as a heading twice. Try to get your signature and date to come up to the last page so they are not oddly isolated.
This point needs a para number, not a bullet point: ''The facts are that my wife, my 2 year old daughter and I...''
Yes, remove #9 -12 as they are now covered at the start.
#13 needs amending:
The Claimant's witness statement is an abuse and appears to not actually be signed by Mr Jack Chapman,...Apart from that, looks great! Good work, and make sure you do that SRA complaint as per the link, amending it to suit where needed.

Amazing thank you so much, I will get this all tidied up and printed off tomorrow to deliver by hand to court. Over the next few days I imagine I need to be preparing the bundle of electronic docs ready for sending to agree with gladstones and send to DJ. I've read the threads and have seen the templates so just need to put together with covering email and draft order etc.0

You can probably save the trip out and the printing by emailing your submissions to your local court instead. You could ring them to ask before spending money on printing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK I will try that, if I'm able to do that do I still need to print and sign the Ws and costs doc and then scan those in?0

@brentmeister2k Lots of ways to deal with that.
The way I like to do it with clients is to get them to take a photo of their signature on their phone.
It is emailed to your pc, where you save it as a picture. Then in MS word you simply use the insert picture function to paste in the signature. You can resize and use brightness settings as needed to tidy it up. This gives a document that is identical in appearance to anything you might sign as a hard copy.
*IMPORTANT always send the finished document as a pdf so it is locked. Never give anyone the signature file in an MS word document*5 -
Great thank you Johnersh, simple stuff but didnt know I could get away that, thanks for the guidance.2
