If your hearing is giong to be remote, they wont be printing it out anyway.

Remove 5.1 AND 5.2 and in fact if you are covering the abuse of process issue in your supplementary WS, then only have one line about the added £60 in your main WS and just refer to the supplementary one. Don't repeat the same things in both. try to make your own WS a concise account of what you know and believe to be true about the event, the facts, the reason why you are not liable/lack of clear contract on signs.
Remove these, as in most cases they are not needed:* The PCN / NTK – 1 page
* IAS Appeal & Rejection – 4 pages
* Email to Claimant Rep inviting to discontinue – 1 pageThis could be one page quoting just #4 and #9 copied by you and plonked on a page headed up POFA 2012 Sch 4
* PoFA 2012, Sch 4 – 12 pages (or could be 2 pages if only quote paras 4 & 9)And same with this, or leave it out completely if you have already cited these paras and given the numbers, in the supplementary WS. Statute law doesn't have to be exhibited, just clearly cited:
* CRA 2015, Sch 2, Paras 6, 10, 14 & 18 – 3 pagesPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks CM, I have already condensed the PoFA & CRA to quoting paras and now just 1 page each. I will adjust the WS's now.1

Also check what your local court is doing after reading the new advice by coupon mad and by Bargepole in the cm faq thread about phone hearings , then try to follow the advice for your specific court
If they are still using paper , follow the old advice unless told different , but only use paperwork where necessary , so check what is necessary (no good asking us what your local court is doing , other than what bargepole posted)
These are not normal times , so don't ask questions that w don't know the answers to , because it's clear that various courts have different criteria1 -
Final adjustments made and I am now down to 65 pages in total . . . it's as close as I am going to get!
Redx - I phoned the court on Monday and the court is open, but no face to face hearings and no telephone hearings. They said it will most likely be done on papers.

So did they want actual paper to be delivered or do they prefer email ?
If it's email you will have to reduce it further , or print and deliver0 -
On papers is awful for you, based on past experience. Not g'teed bad but it's not worked brilliantly in the past

They said it will most likely be done on papers.No, it won't, because the covering email and draft order I posted in the Telephone Hearrings thread, heads that off.
That is why you MUST send it in advance, so the court knows how you feel and possibly looks to strike the claim out after reading what your covering email says.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would there be any harm in emailing first thing tomorrow and then hand delivering papers before 4pm? Covering both options?0
-
Don't print anything, don't go to the court.
The advice during lockdown is different and is as per the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread. The DRAFT ORDER is to be a Word document and the rest a PDF, and a covering email exactly as shown in post #10 of that thread, where I showed templates for both, updated only yesterday.
The covering email explains why it's been emailed and that you will provide hard copies if required, if a face to face hearing is set in the Summer, after the pandemic. This is already fully covered in the covering email I wrote for people to use.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
