Incorrect VRN

Hello
It is day 26 and have opened up paymyparking with the wrong VRN, as the VRN written on the PCN was not the car reg number (wrong by a letter)
However the PPC has several pictures of the vehicle (evidently displaying the correct VRN) and the sign in the car park.
Should one just copy and paste the template for BPA memebers into the online appeal?
