SABA are more dangerous than other PPCs where railway assets are concerned because they seem to have a way of bringing a prosecution against the driver or owner.
This is why the keeper should never go beyond the initial appeal stage with them.
If another PPC offers PoPLA then that should be used.
You can either ignore them or play Q & A ping pong by snail mail, asking lots of [STRIKE]irrelevant [/STRIKE]relevant questions.
This has been discussed on many other threads with suggestions about the questions to ask, so if that is the route you decide to take then you need to search those other threads.
Ask a question once or twice a month until 6 months have passed when the Magistrates Act will prevent this going any further.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I appealed to asparking thinking this would assist winding the clock down for the 6 months.
When completing the online application I was careful not to name driver/owner. However when I uploaded the main piece of info I stated that I am only the registered keeper.
With this in mind would you suggest I cancel my appeal with asparking and request a PoLPA code from Saba then play tennis. I have noted down a list of “relevant” questions.
Or
Just send nothing else to asparking, lose appeal then fun tennis with Saba.

The latter , every vehicle has only one registered keeper , I know mine does
But your vehicle and mine can have multiple drivers , thousands of People in this country can drive your vehicle using their own insurance , me included0
