Can I use my Now TV router on my Shell broadband?

Appreciate if can advise how?

I have rang Shell and they have provided me with the user ID and password.

    you power up the router, connect your computer to it, (e,g over wifi)

    go into broswer and type in addres bar
    192.168.1.1 (or similar)

    log in to router :
    user: admin
    password: nowtv

    and they see if you can find the setting that needs changing


    nowtv router isn't very good
    is the shell one worse?

    No, the NOW hub will not work with Shell or any other ISP except for perhaps SKY.

    You can't change the user ID or password for connecting to the supplier with a Sky Q router at least. The Sky Q router BTW is the one you get with NowTV BB.

    I have the NOWTV fibre broadband router and find it no better or worse than the EE or BT router I had previously.
