Paragon ISA rate decreasing in January

From 13 January 2020 the interest rate on Limited Edition Easy Access ISA Issue 5 is changing to 1.25% (from 1.45%).

Yes – just got the same email. All good instant access rates come to an end it seems these days.
I also have a limited edition easy access cash isa issue 1 and 4 accounts both still paying 1.31% with paragon. I presume those rates are holding still for now?
Still at least you get 2 months notice.
From the 28th January, however, the email also says they will only give you two weeks notice of instant access account rate changes – as opposed to the current 2 months.0 -
Quick question if someone has any advice. With Paragon going to 1.25% on 13th Jan, when is the best time to move across to another ISA (I see another one at 1.35%)? Considering it can take 15 working days for the transfer and I want to keep the 1.45% as long as possible.0

It is impossible to guess. I recently transferred a cash ISA in under 36 hours!0
