Have any of them checked if they can find a property they want to buy in their area which costs less than £250,000? Its a struggle in much of the south east - particularly if you want a house rather than a flat! Even in the capital it can't be easy to find a decent place within the £450k limit.
And that is now - prices may of course go up before these 16 year olds are able to buy.0 -
Can 16 year olds open a HTB ISA as well as having the Child Trust Fund? They're not allowed CTF And Junior ISA so wondered if the same rule applied with HTB ISA?0

H2B ISA is a cash (adult) ISA which any 16 year old can open.0
