Already seeing the company minimising their costs on this one
Losing new business leads costs me money. Having the constant noise around doesn't allows me to talk over the phone with the clients properly.
All I can do is reply to emails. Why do I have to do it because the company sells sub standard furniture and then arranges inconvenient all day appointments.
So to counter argue your point:
They could really arranged an appointment slot with me but their choice was not to.0 -
Excuse after excuse.
So to counter your argument(s) there is someone going to be in the house after all. So why do you need to be there?
They don't need to speak good English - just give them a note to give the person.0 -

So can the person at home looking after the children. Not call you when they arrive. You can then discuss with the person?
Also if they are looking after the children. Why can you not work from home. They can ensure that your children do not bother you.Life in the slow lane0 -

You let someone with poor English look after your children yet don’t trust them to show someone a chair?
Just get the person at home to WhatsApp call you when the person arrives so you can talk to them and go through it with them.
That way you only miss 20 ish mins of work which I’m sure you can make up.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
