I received a parking ticket awhile ago which I ignored due to ill given advice this spiralled out of control to £1000 fine and a CCJ on my credit file. I was not living at the address the post has been sent to and there was also another driver on the car insurance.
I’m taking UK parking Limited to court next month on the 12th. But I stupidly didn’t attach my defence to the letter or send my defence to the claimant
