Hi Everyone,
I’m really stressed at the moment, I’m in the process of buying my first house with my current girlfriend. When I applied for a credit card to get started I found out that I had a CCJ from U.K parking control limited.
I’m not very good with these kind of things, I have read through the newbies fourm a couple of times I have printed off a n244. But I am still stuck. I never got my CCJ in the mail as I was living at my GF mothers house.
I have filled out the front side of my n244 with claim number, I basically need help in where I go from here?

NEWBIE sticky, post # 2, read, then read again, them make cup of tea and read again with a plate of biscuits. When you have understood, try searching for six-point draft order and also search for other set aside threads.0
