Parking eye just making it up

I'm very concerned by how parking eye operates. I had an incident a while a go with my last car where they said I had overstayed in a car park about three hours away in a town I've never been to which was appealed and cancelled. I presumed my car plates had been cloned but now I'm not sure as the same thing has happened again!
So I've received another fine for my new car and supposedly the picture they have is of me entering a car park but at that date and time I was at work! This is not me or my car so how have they got an image with the same make and model but with my number plate on it. It just doesn't make any sense. I'm really sick of this now. I find it hard to believe both of my car's have been cloned.
Anyone else dealt with this? It's not right they can just make up fake or inaccurate images.

They use composite images to work out the number plate. ANPR "enhances" the image as they are often unreadable to the human eye.0

It clearly doesn't work though as that's not my car.0

neither was the one SMART parking sent by brother
his car was a different make and model and he had never been to Perth, yet Smart put the wrong VRM into their KADOE machine , a typo on one letter even though the pcn matched the vehicle in the picture and the VRM from that vehicle , yet the human element mistyped it into their machine and got a white Toyota instead of a grey or silver VW (I think it was)
so even if the makes , models and colours are completely different the scope for errors is immense
this is why people check google location tracking on their mobiles or have dashcam footage available etc, to prove that a vehicle or person was elsewhere, ditto with in car trackers like Insurethebox etc0 -
Complain to the BPA and DVLA. Tell them they have breached GDPR by accessing your data without proper checks. Complain to the ICO too.0

I've looked at my previous posts about this issue when I went through it before and I'll try the same thing.0

Well I'm definitely going to raise it with my mp but will see what else I can do as this is unacceptable!0

Whos car park is this? - you should at least have a locationFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
It's a local Asda car park.0

If you are a customer of Asda , raise a complaint with reference on their website as the Leeds head office deal with parking issues , add the name of the PPC and PCN reference , complain about DPA under the GDPR law etc
Legitimate customers should not have to put up with this , no due diligence by their contractor , the 21 point check failed0
