it's back at £170k
more like this 1 mile
price...2b.....3b+
0-100 02/02 03/00
0-150 09/08 15/13
0-160 11/10 16/15
0-170 13/10 22/17
0-180 13/10 29/21
0-190 14/10 31/25
0-200 14/10 34/25
0-max 15/10 64/30
Those numbers say
nothing 2 bed over £160k is selling
loads of 3b+ to look at
if we just look at detached and semis
0-160 1/2 06/09
0-170 2/2 12/11
0-200 2/2 14/28
Still says overpriced people with £170k are buying 3b+
actual sell through
starting around the price range littered with 3 beds.
Not looked at the 2 houses market(what people are offering on) says overpriced now.0 -

thank you!
Its placed there slightly bolded to hopefully prevent other posters taking too much time to analyse or critique the thread too much.
Its over a month old,the listing has been removed from RM and presumably the OP has the answers to their original questions.
Getmore4less for example possibly spent quite some time construction a very useful reply to the original question its probably not even going to get acknowledged.in S 38 T 2 F 50
