Ignoring is not the best way forward, unless you do it with knowledge. If it was a bye-laws case then it times out after six months and you can then safely ignore. Sometimes, getting up to speed and reading all about what to do and then "taking no action" which is not the same as ignoring, is the best way forward.
Sharing threads is also not a good idea, it can only lead to confusion.2 -
Also for your information .... this type of debt claim (forgetting bye law cases) can be taken to court up to 6 years later ...
