Right well it won't let me install Windows 1903 . I've been at it for hours . It's alright if you know all about pc s etc but I don't. Since I can't get anything to work I thought I'd restore to factory setting but I can even see an option for that.0

It's a small laptop Lenovo ideapad 100s11IBY. It's been on Downloading 100% for a while to try and download windows 1903 now its installing 5%0
