PCN for M&B - The Queen & Castle Kenilworth

Been down this road twice before with POPLA (different places that is), this latest PCN has thrown me a little.
Background is that I parked up for 2 minutes to get off the main road and find out where was best to stay as we were visiting the castle. Got out of the car to see what the parking charges were and then noticed it was free parking over the road at the castle itself - so naturally I chose the free and more convenient location.
The crafty !!!!!!s have zapped me on camera (i assume) whilst I was parked for 2 minute.
The Creditor is Euro Car Parks Ltd but the letter is from Dept Recovery Plus. Who do I send the email to from the sticky thread? There is nothing on the PCN letter for emails, just the usual extortionate payment terms.

"We are writing on behalf of the creditor in relation to an unpaid Parking charge Notice. Details were originally sent to the address provided by the DVLA for the registered keeper of the vehicle at the date the parking charge was issues, or the driver of the vehicle at the time the parking charge was issued (where this information was known).
Due to there being no response following correspondence sent to this address, we have utilised a tracing service which has provided the above new address as your most current address."
I've been at my address for many years and with the same car, have they gone direct to dept collectors without sending a letter themselves?

Now it's with DRP, you can ignore anything else they send. You only need to respond to a Letter of Claim (from solicitors) or formal court documents (from the Northampton CCBC]. As ECP don't use the courts to chase money (at time of writing) I can't see you getting either. They do, however, have 6 years in which to file a court claim.
Are you sure the address on your V5C (logbook) is correct?
Check with the DVLA as to who (and when) accessed your records for this ticket.
You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date of the parking incident. You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.
SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk
This service is free of charge.
Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

What address is showing on your driving licence? That could also be up to £1k!
If you've been at the new address for 'many years', I'd also be checking your credit rating to ensure that no other charge has been made (speeding, council or private penalties) that have gone undefended and default judgment made against you ..... with your credit rating shot as a result. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Driving licence was updated when I moved in and I recently updated it again when the date expired on the card. Genuinely never noticed the V5C was not updated as its never used.
Assuming I update and all is ok, where does this leave me with the Parking letter.0 -

However, there is a risk with the 'ignore that letter' idea.
If [STRIKE]ZZPS[/STRIKE] DRP do not hear from you, they could legitimately report back to ECP saying that they have been unable to trace the keeper.
ECP could then rub their hands with glee and issue court proceedings against the only 'good' address they have - the one the DVLA gave them. Note that ECP cannot ask for keeper details a second time, so even if you correct the DVLA address now, ECP won't see that.
Now the dilemma... do you:- notify ECP of your new address, thus alerting them to your whereabouts, or
- keep quiet knowing that, if current form is anything to go by, ECP will do nothing more than get [STRIKE]ZZPS[/STRIKE] DRP to write some more letters.
