shell energy reveiw

They don't answer e mail so you have to spend hours on the phone to them waiting which costs a fortune.
When attempting to arrange for the free gas safety check we are entitled to Shell Energy secretly turned it into an appointment to install a smart meter which we knew nothing about, had not requested nor consented to.
Appalling customer service, devious and underhand working practices.
The cheap tariff is not worth all the stress, hassle and worry.
Can't wait to be out of contract and to change supplier, again...
