Accident claim, missing driver licence.

Fair point- but one would assume they have been in contact with OP during this difficult process, and would should offer assistance should he have issues with any of the information requested. Rather than just requesting info and leaving them to ask for help here.
When I worked in the industry anything particularly sensitive was given an individual claims contact who spoke to the client when needed if there was a particular delay or outstanding request, and vice versa in order to ensure they knew what to do and assist where possible to help resolve without additional stress.0 -
Given your wife had an accident earlier this year, and then had a hire car, wouldn't someone (car hire, accident management company, solicitor) have her driving licence details?

Help me out OP I’m really confused.
You posted about your wife’s death in February, saying it happened a few months ago.
Then in June you posted that your wife had been in a car accident a few months ago and used a hire car (so presumably survived)
Then in September you were a single mum separating from a male partner.
What’s going on it’s a bit odd?0 -
If you did have a car hire within the last several years which she was insured to drive then they will have her license details, if within the last year they will also have her NI no.0
