PCN Smart Parking - Kilner Way Retail Park

Hello everybody,
I Found this site after googling the parking company and glad I did! My letter from this company is a Parking Charge Notice addressed to me by name and obviously correct address.
I have not acted yet so have not identified myself as the drive, but I am the registered keeper, but my wife is a named driver and I am on her vehicle.
The reason for the post are about this specific parking location and its strange rules. The site says a max stay of 3 hours except on match days (near a football ground) where it drops to 90 mins. I genuinely didnt realise it was a match day and went to the gym and a coffee shop total 2hr 20ish.
Should I add anything to the template about this stupid ruling, the wording on their site is "During events at the Football ground length of stay is limited to 90 minutes with no return within 2 hours. Please note disabled concessions do not apply." its obvious it will be the ground 5 mins away but it is not defined and there is a private football pitch also near that did not have a game that day. with this being so vague should I add anything to it?

Send the already written for you blue text template appeal easily found in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread to Smart Parking.
Send it unaltered - no additions or alterations needed.
Send it as the keeper.
At the same time complain to Savills (UK) Limited - the managing agents at Kilner Way Retail Park.0 -
No need for any threads about Smart as they are soooo easy to beat with the template!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Typical, Smart Parking has an error when I try to post that appeal notice to them "We could not process your enquiry, please try again in 24 hours."
