I'm thinking about trying the Britbox service free for a month to see if it has anything I want to watch again.
Most of the stuff I've seen advertised isn't of any great appeal to me.
Off the top of my head, does anybody know if any of these are available to view?....
All episodes of Dads Army? (BBC)
All episodes of Rising Damp? (ITV)
Past episodes of Gogglebox? (Channel 4)
    BBC4 music documentaries?
Melvyn Braggs "Reel History of Britain"? (BBC)
All episodes of Michael Portillo's "Great British Railway Journeys"? (BBC)
    Thank you.

I checked the Reelgood site to find out what's on Britbox - 'cos Britbox's site give you no info on listings whatsoever unless presumably you've already signed up. Provide card details before you look! Already emailed Britbox complaining that it isn't available via my much loved Roku that covers almost all possible catch up needs including, ironically, BBC and ITV. And does it via a nice remote control in kick-back on the sofa mode.
With all the recent noise in the media about Spitting Image restarting on Britbox, was getting near pulling the trigger anyway as I have an old laptop permanently linked with TV for those 'really awkward' streaming services. Then I see that Spitting Image does not arrive till Autumn 2020. Credit card firmly back in wallet. Autumn? Really? Why all the hype on the radio and newspapers then?
And with Spitting Image being in prospect I can't help seeing an irony in this:

Erm... that's the whole point of Spitting Image, duh!

Seems a bit like Netflix, cannot browse not being a member!

Signed up an cancelled, the only show I wanted was The Bill, not there.

Maybe not as convenient as Netflix itself but this site seems to be up to date:-

Hi, thanks for sharing my Netflix site. Seeing as this thread is about BritBox I thought I would let people know there is an equivalent site for BritBox and you can browse the full catalogue here: https://newonbritbox.info/catalogue (means you can see what you're getting before paying!) Loads of Channel 4 stuff was added today too.
