Think Parking Eye at my Gym but changed address

Hi all,
I recently moved address and started attending a new gym where I had previously seen the 1.5hr max stay signs but only today noticed the ANPR cameras on the entrance/exit. Checking my online gym website profile which shows me how long my visits to the gym are, I was in the gym for over 90 minutes on a couple of occaisions.
So that aside (and what my options are in appealing), I changed address and still haven't received my log book back from the DVLA - the dates i 'believed' i may have overstayed were just after I moved out and hence I wouldn't have received the tickets through my door anyway.
My question is: Should I be proactive and contact ParkingEye to say "I think I may have been issued tickets but my address changed at the same time" or should I just wait?
Thanks

Get postal redirection set up. It can save you from loads of grief. Not just parking tickets.

You could submit a SAR to ParkingEye advising them of your address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old one. You should submit with it a copy of your V5C (if you have it back from DVLA) and ask about all or any PCNs for the VRM belonging to you. It is a bit strange submitting a SAR before you have received a PCN but your other strategy of waiting will fail if they send/sent it to your old address and you have no redirection in pace.0

Whilst we're on the topic of Postal Redirection (apologies for piggybacking this thread) - can Court Claim letters be redirected, or are they required to be delivered ONLY to their intended address?0

I've only skim read the newbies thread as im hoping to appeal these tickets, but does requesting a SAR or sending the new V5 entail any admission of guilt or put any future appeal I make at risk by using my own personal details?0 -

Court papers will be redirected. Royal Mail don't know what's in the post and it doesn't say on the envelope.0 -

The only letters that couldnt be redirected was the housing benefit letters/payments which had no redirection allowed many many years ago0 -
Is the gym restricting your sessions to 90minutes?
Is this restriction in the gyms membership info? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -

No to both. That's why I was surprised as most of my sessions are between 70-100 minutes, but sometimes I might just chat to one of the staff there or similar or have a shower there and i'd be way over 90 minutes.0 -
Then you need to carry something in your glove box to cover your rear numberplate every time you leave that scam site. Start doing that now. Pack a black stretchy sock, or duct tape. Use it and do not be scared to do so, no law says you have to show a scam firm your data (your numberplate) but you must remove the 'obstruction' once round the corner on the public highway where you must show a VRN on a vehicle!
As to this issue, you are safe to send a SAR using the P/Eye data concerns proforma contact page they provide, also asking the DPO to 'erase' your old address and re-send to your new address, copies of all letters sent to that old address, and all photo images they are holding and processing.
Tell them you have no PCN number to quote, as you know nothing about this but that so many people are being caught at at a particular gym site at xxxxx, that drivers of your car sometimes use, that you now have a serious data concern about ParkingEye and want to ensure your data is up to date with your current address and to see if ParkingEye are indeed processing data relating to this car, for which you are registered keeper.
Maybe they will reply that they hold nothing about your car...or just images of it not overstaying recently...you never know till you ask but do NOT give away who was driving, so no changing my words to 'I go to that gym' or any such thing!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
