I didn't know this forum existed until I actually appealed through POPLA. I was parking for a funeral and I phoned the number when I came out of the funeral ready to leave and entered in my credit card details and thought I had paid. It turns out the car park says my details were no recognised and I hung up the call. As I have appealed, do I now need to pay this or can I disregard?0

You need to do several things. Firstly read the thread at the top of this board that tells Newbies to read it first. Secondly after you've read the Newbies thread you need to start your own thread as answering several people in one thread is confusing.m
Thirdly you need to tell us the name of the parking company (you may have tagged onto to an irrelevant thread) and where this event occurred.0
