Watched Elf this evening and loved the plain white paper chains that 'Buddy' decorated the house with, so I'm not going to recycle the magazines this year, my chains will be all white and we'll do lots of those cut out snowflakes too.I like to live in cloud cuckoo land :hello:0

I have made paper doiley snowflakes for years. I hang them from cotton thread from the ceilling. They turn in the warmth and it is one of the easiest and happiest things I do to decorate the house - it's become a bit of a tradition in the family by now. If I don't make them I find the children start making them!If you see me on here - shout at me to get off and go and get something useful done!!
