They were two separate threads one asking how to free up space and the other because I wasn't getting anywhere myself even though I've been going round in circles was to do a factory settings reset. I don't care which I do .Ipads don't always do everything unfortunately0

Thanks but I'm not going to bother anymore. It's just failed again as a message popped up yet again saying it needs more space.:mad:0 -

Probably best, as your frustration is palpable.
Whilst we might suggest things, we are not inside your head. So we don't know what you have tried until AFTER you have informed us. By that time you are already frustrated.
It has taken you four days to get around to telling us exactly which device was involved, even though you have been asked more than once.
So I have had to make best guesses at which machine is involved until now.
But worst of all, is the message(no need for me to reprint it here) that I have read from you, describing the people who have tried to help you here and who have helped you over the years. Including the people who took the time to help you purchase your husband's PC.
None of them suggested that you purchase an awful device with a 32 GB eMMC drive.
But yet we are here trying to help you regardless. Perhaps best if you pay for your solutions, since you do not appear to appreciate the free help that you get here.0
