The claimant is VCS who I sent the DQ to already, that is why I am confused why I got a reply back from BW LEGAL.

Signed on the bottom of the paper.

    Simon Renshaw-smith.

I will resend the DQ to VCS Just to make sure.

Does BW Legal's email reference a previous email exchange or letter?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, Just an update on my situation.
My court date was supposed to in May but it states on a letter that it has been vacated.
It says that it will be decided on a date later in May and if any party does not agree to this procedure being used to notify them in writing.

Is there anything else that I can do to avoid this going through?
I am pretty confident I have a high chance of winning, but any advice or tips would be appreciated or should I just wait it out?

    Thanks again

THen looking at the telephone hearings thread is a good start. You can ask them to look at the claim using the CRA2015 to see if it can be struck out. Need to read that thread start to finish. All of it.
