BrownTrout is correct, we haven't received any papers. Another attempt by them to squeeze money out of us. Have trust in what the newbies section tells you to do (I finally have) but just make sure you follow the steps that are in there.

I have made my own thread but no reply as yet. My problem is everything is in the wrong address -
The only correspondence I have received (not to my new address from my Nan which was passed on by a villager in my old village!) not really sure if I will receive anything more even if it is sent.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.[/FONT][/FONT]

Any update here for you? I read that NPE have never taken anyone to court .. not sure how true this is.

No there wont be any update on this, parking tickets dont work like this where anything is actually happening
No NPE do issue court claims,

I just wondered if the poster had received any court papers after the cis fake LBC as that’s the stage I’m at.

Nope, nothing was received. It will probably all go quiet for another year and then some other scammer will pretend to be NPE and send another load of poorly written threatening letters!
