  • Does anyone know how to get the current Toto Energy readings please? Something to do with the red/blue buttons. I need to send them to EDF.

You should be able to find out with an online search usihg the make and model of the meter. There will probably be a User Guide, Instruction Manual or whatever, and perhaps a video on YouTube.
  • I have discovered finally how to do the readings, when EDF get their act together they can have the readings. They have not sent any welcome packs out as promised and are very slow to respond and when you go online or phone you get the usual call centre nonsense.
I think I will be using another supplier after 6 months.

You are free to switch to another supplier of your choosing without incurring any exit fees. No need to wait six months.
