I just got an email from the property management company forwarding an email from UK CPM that the ticket has been cancelled!
Thanks for the advice and instructions I have been given. I will take this further with the local MP and by trying to get these guys replaced, but the immediate concern has been addressed.

Have you complained to your MP? I know you did previously but since parliament is now open for business you should be onto the new/re-elected MP about this unregulated scam.
Have you contacted other residents to see how many of them are affected by the same scam? Have you considered forming a fightback group who can put more pressure on the ManCo and/or the MA?
The more people that complain the better your chances of getting the chancers kicked out.
