flip that one is cheap, but maybe too small for autocad ? sending her links and see what her thoughts are.
Don't go less than 13.3" Full HD; https://www.reddit.com/r/cad/comments/2jt70v/minimum_recommended_laptop_screen_size_for_autocad/0 -

thought might purchase via the same company on ebay for a bit of reassurance.0 -
Depends what your modelling, I was using an Old Athlon XP dual core, 4GB RAM computer for my 3D modelling. OK for basic models but load a more complex 3D model with 160 million triangles and try editing that it would go not responding after making changes and could sit for several many minutes to make that change.
How good does it need to be depends on a balance between your pocket and your patience.
As mentioned the tiny screens and poor resolution maybe a big problem.
I would be looking for a 17" screen.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Some will have Touch screens. Though not particularly useful for when it comes to AutoCAD. Though none with 12 month warranty.0 -

Not the same as your old device. These all have Full HD resolution IPS screens and far superior processors, in conjunction with solid state drives.
Since portability is an issue, a 14" Full HD IPS screen may be acceptable.0 -
A bit over budget, ASUS VivoBook S14 S430FA-EB021T: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ASUS-VivoBook-S430-14-intel-i3-8145-Processor-256-GB-SSD-4-GB-RAM-914617-/223720302471
Likely you have already purchased. But in case there is an issue or someone else is looking.0 -

At least one of the links in the posts above had a screen that was barely 720P.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I recommended Full HD as a minimum. Anything less was in case of budgetary constraints. But discouraged nonetheless.0
