No matter what it cost, make it crystal clear in your advertising what it is and then no one will have grounds to be disappointed. A lot of punters may not have realised the previous electric thing was fake, even if it would be obvious to you and me.
As a regular wood burner user, I'd not necessarily want the option of a real one in a holiday cottage. I'd rather not have the cleaning on holiday and the job of finding properly seasoned wood; a virtually impossible task in holiday areas, as I've discovered!0
