Stocks reflect inflation though DD, if you own shares in a company that takes a cut of all the money that floats about. If that money supply increases then you get a bigger cut. But then again tax and things can eat into it, I suppose gold is the only thing above tax therefore i doubt there are any rich peeps that dont have a decent holding - well they probably just live in monaco lol.
