Can we have a debate on my Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019, which became law in March, to find out why the Government are dragging their feet in introducing the code of practice mandated by that Act?

I see that the statement makes no mention as too how this would work in a ANPR car park.

The RAC Foundation have been replaced by the British Standards Institution (BSI) as the body responsible for writing the Parking (Code of Practice) Act.

You jest Sir Deep, the question is why government has dragged it's heels for years over this, it's gone from one rubbish pillar to the next.
