I was expecting the Parking Eye sign to offer a contract. By the looks of it, it is still prohibited. If that is the case i take it I should remove the reference to it in my WS?0 -

The PE sign does offer a parking contract. It offers the first two hour free and £85 if you stay longer than that, or park outside marked bays or park in appropriately marked bays without showing a blue badge.
Ok, but it seems to only offer a contact for customers. If you're not a customer, then it doesn't offer a contract. Am i correct in saying that? If not then my case isn't looking too good as a lot of it is based on the sign of "Permit holders only" not offering a contract for people without permits.0 -
A sign that says "Permit Holders Only" is not offering a contract to anyone except permit holders. It is what is often referred to as a 'prohibitive sign'.0

If I use that do I need to include all 124 pages of the parking eye vs beavis case with my WS?0 -
WS as it stands is at https://user.fm/files/v2-ae3c73399f0ddffe537715cd7c4c7b25/ws.pdf
Please let me know if I need to change anything. I still need to know if I need to include the beavis case in this.0 -

In your Witness Statement, spell out the Claimant's name in full, as on your Claim Form, in the heading.0 -
You put no pages from Beavis except paras 98, 193 and 198, and you read those first and understand why they are mentioned in the words about the abuse of process of the fake added '£60 costs of the operation'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've noticed between June 2017 and August 2018 at some point there was no sign at the entrance of the card park. Is there something I can reference that has a requirement for there to be one?
Google maps showing no sign0 -
Can I just quote part of section 18.2 of the BPA code of practice for the above as per the document at https://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/BPA_AOS_CODE_OF_PRACTICE_CURRENT.pdf?0
