In fairness, i've just read that thread and you have posted nothing but nonsense.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. I am entitled to my point-of-view, however, and also entitled to disagree with your view that my views are nonsense. So there we are.

Which, again, is your opinion and you're entitled to have it. I disagree and I think the advice is helpful for others to be able to quote from (as I have with Amazon).

Yet it's not my opinion, it's UK Law and as such fact.
You're quoting some EU directive that is not UK law, which has been pointed out and explained to you previously.

Why was my advice "mince"? Are you also under the impression that the UK isn't in the EU? I think I may have ruffled quite a few Brexiter feathers today eh ;)

Let's keep that to the other thread.

PS - yes, your advice over there was mince. It was intended to help but was factually incorrect - as already proven in that thread. :)

To you maybe, not to me. Have a lovely evening :)
It's neither you or I that would need to be convinced.

  • Good news!

After many emails to and throw and me threatening to take legal action they have agreed to replace it for me.

All is well and my son is happy.

    Thanks all!
