    Good evening everyone :hello:

A few bits and pieces potted (all coins!) over the week, but also a whole £10! I've borrowed 2 books from the library which I'd had in my Amazon basket... so I've potted what I would have spent! Better in my pocket (or sealed pot!) than not.

Potted £4 today as I got 2 £2 coins in my change and I try to hold onto them. Have some loose change but want to make them into bags before I count them.

I finally got around to buying my tins :eek:.I am shocked how hard it was to find them this year.Previously I have been able to find cute ones:smiley faces,Minions, cute character that make me smile every time I see my pots. This year I went to Poundland,B+M,Home Bargains,One Below,The Range,Wilkos.....All had either none,or pre-school characters (Paw Patrol, etc),or they were very large tins (about double the volume of the ones I like, which cost about £1.)
Anyway, finally settled on 3 different tins: one each for £1 and £2_coins,and one for the rest.

So today I transferred my pottings so far into respective pots, then added some more:
£4 in £2 coins (to sort of make up for tooth fairy coins I lost last week, though I know I will never catch up )
    £2.35 in loose coinage
    a £10 note

It is lovely to see so many new faces around here, isn't it?

Potted £14 last Monday that was a mix of £2s, £1s and 50p’s.

Had my wrist arthroscopy on Tuesday and been off work since so haven’t spent any cash this week. A bit more has tracked on Quidco so that’s a start there. I’m off work for another 10 days so hoping to get some Xmas shopping done with my mum this week while I can (not carrying anything heavy obvs).

I’ve potted £5 and some coins this weekend. I have £65 pending on my topcashback account and when I can finally withdraw it I’m going to add it to my pot. The current time estimate is 42! weeks so hopefully it’ll be before the challenge is over.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend x

I have £6 in my purse to last me until Thursday - anything unspent will go in the pot!
Did manage to pot my first £1 in change this week so I feel like I am moving in the right direction! I'm going to try not to keep track of what I put in so that I have a nice surprise at the end of the challenge :)
