UU Nivea mens moisturiser - this wasn't in my stash it was half used in my partner's but I had run out of moisturiser so figured I'd use it up. WNB but I'm glad it's gone. He always gets loads of generic gift sets for xmas which he barely uses ><

An update from me, I have some INs to declare another time.

    UUs
Avène Extremely Gentle Cleansing Lotion 100ml - Freebie, WNBA, it was nice to use but too gentle to really do a good job!
Dentyl Mouthwash 500ml - Smooth Mint - HG
E45 Intense Recovery Spray 200ml - new HG lotion, I have another in stash and WDBA when that's finished.
Elemis Balancing Lavender Toner 50ml - very nice, WBA.
Ethique Bliss Bar Face Soap 15g - went very mushy almost immediately WNB the full size.
Lancôme G!nifique Night Cream 15ml - Very nice, WMBA.
Lancôme Tonique Confort 400ml - HG winter toner.
Lancôme Visionnaire Skin Corrector 7ml - HG night serum
No7 Total Renewal Micro-dermabrasion Face Exfoliator 75ml - WMBA, I like almost all No7 face scrubs!
Soap & Glory Pink Body Spray 45ml - Nice enough!
Superdrug Intimate Care Deodorant 125ml - WBA, Cheaper than the femfresh equivalent and a more powerful spray.
The Body Shop Body Butter 400ml - Satsuma - WNBA, lovely smell but it went off very quickly and started turning orange and a weird consistency in the middle, UUd with spa salt to make a scrub.
The Body Shop Body Yoghurt 200ml - Banana - WNBA, it smelt lovely in the tub but like cake batter on the skin! :o
The Body Shop Peppermint Candy Cane Body Scrub 250ml - WNBA, made my eyes water as it was so powerful!

    GAs
Beauty Pie Fruitizyme Five Minute Facial 75ml - I couldn't get on with this at all!
Boots Expert Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream 15ml - I reacted to this.
Dr Organic Charcoal Toothpaste 20ml - glad I tried it but it set off my sensitive teeth.
Superdrug Toothpaste 75ml - Charcoal x 2 - I've decided to give up with charcoal toothpaste for now as I find using Oral B with my electric toothbrush makes my teeth a lot whiter than using this with a manual (I'm not sure you can use charcoal toothpaste and an electric brush together!)
XHC Conditioner 400ml - Ginger x 2 and XHC Shampoo 400ml - Ginger x 2 - This smelt like washing up liquid and the shampoo felt the same, these dupes aren't good dupes IMO, the banana one is fab though and I have the strawberry and green tea still to try.

    UU this week
    150ml Batiste Original 3/81

The pump has ceased to work on my Merumaya Eye Cream, cannot really tell how much is left, but using one of those sticks for coffee stirring to remove it.

    Ingenious xx

I’m really enjoying the Percy & Reed dry shampoo. It makes my hair shinier and keeps it cleaner than Batiste x

I replaced the Batiste dry shampoo with a Percy & Reed one and its really nice.

Lacura hot cloth cleanser done. More in stash. I called into ALDI this week to buy the primer for my Secret Santa. Also got the new face cream. Packaging is similar to Kiehls. Have decided I will keep that.

  • TA superbalm by Lush. I just found it in a drawer and I'd forgotten all about it. It was really off so it's gone now.

UU: Dewy lily of the valley and star anise Molton Brown mini shower gel. Again, I loved the smell but the feel was not good enough. WNBA
I finished my bottle of Amazing Grace. I do have another but won't open it until the others are gone. I have used the Paul Smith Rose but damn that stuff never seems to go down! I also can't find the half bottle of Chloe still.

I have been rubbish at using skincare. I have worn makeup a few times because although I have a small collection, I don't want it to go off and get wasted.
  • What are your tactics for avoidance in the upcoming sales?

I know some expensive things I want to try will be reduced. But I know I have several months of skincare left-possibly a year given how much I forget to do my routine. I'm sure there will be other sales in the year. But I usually buy a ton of toiletries in January or in Christmas deals.
I know it's sensible to stock up on HG products but this year I know I have products to last almost through the year. Except hair care.

    .

Tweak,d hair cleansing treatment. This actually appeared to work well today when I cut the tube open and used double the amount. Have more of these in stash.
