Euros from a UK cash machine ATM using a Eurozone card

I have Maestro card issued by a Eurozone bank. It would be really handy to withdraw Euros here in the UK from a Euro cash machine.
Has anyone done this? I will give it a try myself next time I see a Euro cash machine.
Searching on the Mastercard website for an ATM with "International Maestro Accepted" finds nothing, not even a normal ATM, let alone a Euro one.
Presumably this isn't in either the bank's or ATM operator's interest as they wouldn't receive any fees. Apparently under EU rules purely Euro transactions can't have surcharges. Withdrawing Euros from a Euro account would fall into this category.
