House viewers want to bring a builder...

Bluex, why not use this to your advantage. Make a block viewing with other interested parties or potential buyers. That way you've had more people view and only 1 time slot used up. The block viewing will generate more interest than individual viewings.
If you've not had an offer, then interested parties are still no good to you. Even if you've had offers, you need to actually sell the place. If you have 1 offer at a time, you'll be forever wishing for a better offer to come along or and maybe you would lose buyers to other properties.
If you make the assumption that a viewing is a waste of time, you'll lose out on many opportunities. How do you know it's a waste of time? What if the builder tells the buyer the cost is minimal, perhaps he could up his offer then!?0 -
If people were interested at the price the OP would already have multiple offers at asking price?0
