Hi I looked at my report again it says the account was opened in Apr 2008 and then when I go to payment transaction page it is blank up to Nov 2015 and then from then onwards Its being listed as late payment not missed payment ? Now I'm really confused ...0

On what account is that?

They don't mention it . Checked all the others it's just Equifax.0

I think you are going to have to submit a SAR (Subject Access Request) to VM. From what you have said so far, it appears as though you are actually unsure as to whether the account was originally defaulted by VM back in 2012.
What exactly does this letter say??? You do need to be 100% certain about whether the account was defaulted or not. An SAR will confirm whether or not the account was defaulted and when the default was recorded.I think the default is 2012 as it the 1st letter I can find.
