A SAR is sent to the PPC's DPO via the Privacy page of their website. A different email address than their appeals address in all probability.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to send proof of ID with an SAR. We normally advise a copy of the V5, or a redacted utility bill. Never send photo' ID.

So sent off the template to the appeals on there website cpm appeals
    And await there response
Then (to save this thread having unnecessary posts in 2019) ignore them, and come back in 2020 when they try a court claim. We do not need to discuss appeals to IPC firms, or their inevitable rejection, and certainly NOT whether you should try IAS.

All is covered in the NEWBIES thread post #2 (court wins) and #3 (not doing IAS).

See you again here in 2020, in order for you to win in court. Please nothing about the 'appeal' being rejected or asking what are your 'next steps' (drives us mad!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
