Its the only post that gets thanks from the OP despite most trying to help , def a mad world
Maybe the OP will come back and let us know if the advice provided in post #17 gave her the desired full refund for 4 days stay.

I did complain 2 days after our holiday as had no internet till then. Our bed was lumpy and u could feel the springs thru the mattress etc. We told the receptionist who said to try the sofa bed which too was the same. Which I got the ladys name now aghhh!

Been to Preimer Inn before and was ok then but not this hotel. Gutting. But they are clearly ignoreing my messages. Has anyone in the last 2 months had a refund from PI?
However, the OP still hasn't said at what point during the 4 days she made the first complaint and was advised to 'try the sofa bed'.
She doesn't say whether she returned to Reception to complain that the sofa bed was also lumpy.

As for Premier Inn 'ignoring messages',

So I filled the online form out when I returned home and still waiting for someone to get back to me (been nearly 2 weeks now).
it not really as though a long time has passed.

As another poster has kindly posted the T&Cs in post #14, it seems

Refunds will be made to the card you used when you paid for your room and are usually processed within 7 days. You will be asked to confirm receipt of your refund.
Maybe it takes more time for longer stays as they would probably need to do some investigation first.

Or maybe the refund has already been made to the card of the person booked and the OP is waiting for a response from Premier Inn.
So - a very simple question to the OP - have you checked the relevant card statement?

    But what is 'horrible quality'?
    Too hard?
    Too soft?
    Not thick enough?
    Stained?
    Saggy in the middle?
    Lumpy?

'At Premier Inn, we're so confident you'll have a great night's sleep that if you don't, we'll give you your money back'.

Bed wasn't hotel quality. It wasn't sturdy enough for two people. I also checked review before I went, including pictures and I was expecting a better quality mattress. They also advertised this bed https://www.premierinnbed.co.uk/ it wasn't provided. Ditto with pillows.

See, to me, that means more than 'horrible quality'.
Which was the point I was making.

Given the timing of OP's first post she isn't getting a good night's sleep at home either.
As others have said it is hard to offer constructive advice when questions are just ignored.
I've a lot of sympathy if OP complained on nights 1 2 and 3 and they were not offered another room, more/different pillows, a modified etc (etc).
If, however, the visit ended, a couple of weeks passed, a relative suggested a moan and request for compensation my sympathy has totally evaporated.

Where have I said about not getting a goodnight's sleep at home?

Got my answer now and have FULL refund on the nights. So thank u to all the people that have got back to me on here. Suppose even me saying thanks won't be enough....!

    I don't care about thanks.

But - if you ask for advice on a public forum and people respond asking questions, it's considered polite to answer them.
    Which you didn't.

I'm pleased you got your refund and I'm pleased that you came back with an update on the refund you requested.
A lot of people don't bother to do that and that is also considered bad form.
