id have to sell my car so would have 2000 in cash assets.

although i live at my gfs its only temporary so i just pay rent that includes bills. i feed myself.

overdraft im not sure of but its agreed so prob not too high..

If a DRO was the right solution, and you can get the intermediary to agree your budget, probably what would happen is that you pay the £2K to your creditors, which would keep you nicely under the 20k. Although at the moment it isn't clear you would get a DRO, so I wouldn't do anything yet, it maybe that the debt solution you end up with doesn't require selling the car
