    Not the right forum to offer advice on adjustment I know, not sure if you are interested, but if the pain is actually not in the groin but in your outer hips or muscles in your buttocks it may be possible to adjust the tilt and lumbar support to help a bit.

    If you cannot get a refund, sell it. Then put the money towards one that is actually suitable.

    Yeah you will probably take a small loss, but it is better than the alternative.
