If PPE go bust you won't lose supply, Ofgem the regulator will arrange for another supplier to take over PPE's accounts
BUT
These transfers cause problems - PPE's affairs will be in the hands of Administrators who will quickly chase down any debt, but be slow to organise repayment to customers in credit
