Manage my bills moved me to them.
Other forums suggest they may be in administration!

Phone calls and emails go unanswered, though they have set up a direct debit to my bank

Is anyone else with them?

Should I worry?

What happens if they go bust, do I get cut off?

If PPE go bust you won't lose supply, Ofgem the regulator will arrange for another supplier to take over PPE's accounts
BUT
These transfers cause problems - PPE's affairs will be in the hands of Administrators who will quickly chase down any debt, but be slow to organise repayment to customers in credit
