Refusal of refund.

I live in Spain and ordered two golf tops in the same size. One fitted the other one didn't. I followed the instructions for return and sent it via tracked post. I did not receive my refund so checked tracking and it had been delivered and signed for. I contacted the company who say they did not recieve it. I sent them the tracking information. They are saying they do not recognise the signature and are refusing to give me a refund. The top cost €34.99. Are there any steps I can take to get my refund?

You could check what your consumer rights are under Spanish law and those regarding whichever country you purchased from (if not the same). Take it from there.0
